From Ideas to Impact: Empowering Better female Entrepreneurs

Evaluating and understanding the difficulties of women in managerial and entrepreneurial positions in Pakistan is not just about leadership, it is also about mental health. We must follow the eminent power aphorism ‘Women with power empower women’. It is not just about women are coming up with new business ideas, but it is about empowering women and making them stronger from within.

Entrepreneurship education is a most effective means of teaching more than business acumen; it empowers, diminishes apprehension, and instills hope. Women need to gain control through understanding methods of how to take risks and get opportunities. One quote of Tori Murden McClure goes like this: You don’t have to be fearless, just don’t let fear stop you. This perfectly captures the mindset that entrepreneurial education instills in women: they can tackle the challenges without consideration of the resources they have at their disposal now.

The present research, carried out at PMAS Arid Agriculture University, examines the linkages between women’s leadership, entrepreneurship education and training, and mental health. The programme was named programme for ambitious women and it was designed to target specifically social science students with a view of awakening their entrepreneurial talent and leadership spirit. It also positively impacted mental health since it fostered self-employment and business leadership to diminish precisely self-skepticism.

In the next three weeks, females were given an overview of the key concepts of entrepreneurial leadership. During practice, something rather significant occurred: learners recognised that, in the process of studying business approaches, they were developing strong psychological profiles. “It’s not about ideas. It’s about making ideas happen,” as Scott Belsky once said, and this could not have been more true to the students who graduated the program with confidence in leadership.
