Support groups are exactly what they sound like: they’re groups of people who get together to help each other. People attend support groups to release some of their struggles through open communication, but also to learn about other people’s solutions for overcoming similar challenges.

For women struggling with life, joining a support group can be a beneficial way to receive help and improve their daily lives, all while feeling like they are part of a community. 

Support groups are usually focused around a specific topic. As a result, people in a support group can relate to one another through a common struggle, and seek advice from one another when needed.  We are a platform and community for support each other. All you have to do is join us for one meetup, you will have an amazing experience.
