Simple Ways to Recharge Before the Weekend

Thursday is a crazy day, one of those days when you are a sort of on the other side of the week but still are not quite there. Sometimes you don’t even have the strength to kick a ball, but it is also the best time to charge yourself up. Here’s how to nurture your well-being on a Thursday and finish the week on a high note:

1. Hit Reset with Mindfulness
This might overwhelm your mind by Thursday as the week’s business unfolds. As little as five minutes of mindfulness can make a big difference. Set down what you are doing for a few minutes, shut your eyes, and breathe slowly and deeply. Try to either look inside yourself, or listen to some music or sounds that you find soothing. 2. Energize with Movement
It’s quite hard to shake off the lethargy that comes with Thursdays, so get your body moving. It’s advised that one get a good sleep so that on Friday morning one is fresh to tackle the remaining part of the week.
